This guide will walk you through the Practice Information Settings section in Admin.
Select "Admin" on the top and then select "Practices" this will display the office assigned to your account.
To edit your information simply click on or anywhere on the bar or the goal trophy and a pop-up will appear.
In this section, you will be able to edit your practice name, set practice goals, and manage your daily summary email send date/time.
When setting the email delivery time, it must be set to at least one hour after your office closes to ensure we pick up any data inputted into the management software after hours. For example: If your office closes at 5:00 pm, set the "Send After" time to 6:00 pm.
Note: Our default software sync time start from 5:00 am and ends at 6:00 pm. For example: If your email send time is for 9:00 pm and your office is still working until 8:00 pm, there will be data discrepancies if our system is only syncing until 6:00 pm.
Contact us to make end sync time changes if necessary.
When you are done editing this section hit submit.
The next step is to add or manage the email recipient list.
Select the envelope icon and it will take you to your "Email User List".
On the top right side, select "New Recipient" to add a user to receive the daily email summary.
Fill out the user information and hit submit when you are done.
