Our Analysis Dashboards are designed to give you a comprehensive understanding of your practice as it relates to industry best practices. The key performance indicators are designed with easy to understand formulas summarizing the results of your current values and comparing them to the same time period previously.
The Analysis Dashboard is a main or summary dashboard. Where you have a consolidated view of a comprehensive analysis of your practice. This dashboard is ideal for monitoring larger date ranges of performance such as a completed month, quarter, or year to date figures.
Tip: Most of our dashboards compare your current date range vs. the previous date range one year ago, but this dashboard has multiple KPI’s in one view using the same trend information.
Adjusted Production Dashboard
The Dental KPI you are viewing: Actual financial value of completed services.
Adjusted Production is the total value of all of the services provided to you patients, including all discounts, write-offs, or refunds being made through adjustments. When viewing this board select a date range above or at least a month to increase the likelihood of all applicable adjustments being applied against your production.
Tip: Check out the Collections Percent Dashboard to see what percent of your Adjusted Production has been received as collections.
Collections Percent Dashboard
The Dental KPI you are viewing: Ability to collect payments for completed services.
Collections Percent is the percentage at which your team receives payments compared to the total value of Adjusted Production during the time period selected.
Tip: Select a date range above of at least a quarter or more to really understand your success of collecting on services being owed.
Active Patients Dashboard
The Dental KPI you are viewing: Patients who remain active and have received care.
Active patients is the total number of patients that have been seen and treated by completing a procedure with your practice. This will not include any who've been rendered inactive during the time period selected.
Tip: Select a date range of "Last 18 Months" or "Last 24 Months" to understand your current active patient base.
New Patients Dashboard
The Dental KPI you are viewing: Patients who completed a procedure for the first time.
New patients seen is the total number of patients that have been identified as completing their first procedure with your practice during the time period selected. We also analyze if these new patients are appointed or not giving you the actual number of new patients who reappoint with your practice.
Tip: Select a custom date range above with a specific day a particular marketing campaign started and choose the end date of when it stopped to know the impact it had compared to the same time period the year before.
Patient Value Dashboard
The Dental KPI you are viewing: Revenue produced per individual patient.
Patient Value is identifying the total adjusted production revenue generated by the number of patients seen within the practice during the time period selected.
Tip: Select a date range above of the "Last 12 Months" to generate your Annual Patient Value (APV). Knowing your APV you’ll be able to make informed decisions about marketing/advertising efforts for new patients. Check out Visit Value and compare it against Patient Value this will let you know how many visits are completed to generate the Patient Value i.e. PPV $800 / VV $400 = 2 visits.
Visit Value Dashboard
The Dental KPI you are viewing: Revenue produced per individual visit.
Visit Value is identifying the total adjusted production revenue generated by the number of completed visits within the practice during the time period selected.
Hourly Value Dashboard
The Dental KPI you are viewing: Actual revenue produced per hour.
Hourly Value is rendered by identifying the total adjusted production revenue generated during the date range selected and comparing it to the number of appointed hours that were completed from the amount of completed appointments that occurred.
Tip: You can view and compare hourly values between departments and providers revealing your top performers.
Unappointed Hours Dashboard
The Dental KPI you are viewing: Number of hours that went unappointed.
Unappointed hours reveal the value of available provider hours that go unappointed or open. The value reflected is your practice’s hourly value multiplied by any unappointed hours, giving you a total revenue opportunity if you were fully appointed.
Tip: You can view in the comparison section by department and provider to see the scheduling effectiveness for each.
